Countries throughout the world have developed a wide spectrum of approaches to the relationship of the state to its citizens. This speaker series, sponsored by the Community Service Committee, will feature WPC members describing life in various countries where each has lived.  Clark Smith will begin the series on August 10 presenting about France.
