Leave a Legacy
To Build and Sustain the Future of Westminster Presbyterian Church The Legacy Fund welcomes you to become a part of Westminster's long-term mission and financial health:
What is the Legacy Fund?
A permanent endowment fund which, for the first time, offers members an opportunity for gifting through lifetime giving and charitable estate planning.
How can I participate?
Through an array of gift types such as bequests, memorial funds, charitable remainder trusts, property donations and life income plans.
Can I designate where my gift can be directed?
Yes. Contributors can earmark support for such specific areas of ministry as Spiritual Life, Buildings and Grounds, Mission, Music and Youth programs.
When will this long-term support program for Westminster's future be inaugurated?
It has already been formed - during our 50th Anniversary celebration - thanks to two generous gifts from the estates of long time Westminster members.
What might I do to help insure the future of Westminster Presbyterian Church?
Take your first investigative step by contacting one of the Legacy Fund Committee Members - either David Elliott (415 381-1037) or David Hansen (415 683-8400). Additionally, you may want to consult with your lawyer or tax advisor about how you can make a lasting personal imprint on the legacy of this revered church.
Committee Members include: Jerilynn Blackstone, David Elliott, Rod Farrow, David Hansen, Ginny Quick and Bob Smoke.
